Smoking is allowed outside in gravel areas only. Please pick up butts (addtl fees apply if found on the ground) and do not put cigarettes/joints out on the building, furniture, or decking. 🚿 Please review the hot tub rules located adjacent to the tub before enjoying a good soak! 🎉 Events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed ONLY with prior approval from the property owners ⛓️‍💥 We know that accidents happen!
